Terms of Use
Last updated: June 2, 2026
These terms govern access to and use of COOKBOOK (the “platform”), operated by Jack Morton. By accessing the platform you agree to these terms. COOKBOOK is an internal tool for authorized team members— it is invite-only, not a public service, and access is granted at our discretion.
1. Accounts & access
Access requires an authorized account. You are responsible for activity under your account, for keeping your account credentials confidential, and for promptly reporting any unauthorized use. We may suspend or revoke access at any time.
2. Acceptable use
- Use the platform only for legitimate business purposes and authorized projects.
- Do not upload content you lack the rights to use, or that infringes others’ rights.
- Do not attempt to bypass access controls, probe security, or disrupt the service.
- Do not use the platform to generate unlawful, infringing, or harmful material.
3. Content & ownership
Material you upload, and the deliverables generated from it, remain the property of their respective owners (the client and/or Jack Morton) as governed by the applicable engagement agreement — these terms do not transfer ownership of that content. The platform itself, including its software, design, and underlying systems, is owned by Jack Morton and its licensors.
4. AI-generated output
The platform uses AI to produce intelligence summaries, concepts, copy, and renders. AI output can be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable and may not reflect a real proposal. It is a draft aid, not professional advice or a final deliverable. You are responsible for reviewing, verifying, and approving any output before relying on it or sharing it with a client.
5. Confidentiality
Project content may include confidential client and business information. Handle it accordingly and only within authorized projects, consistent with your confidentiality obligations and the applicable engagement agreement.
6. Availability
The platform is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI output will meet a particular standard. We may change, suspend, or discontinue features at any time.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Jack Morton is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform, including reliance on AI-generated output. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of [Jack Morton's governing jurisdiction — confirm with counsel], without regard to conflict- of-laws rules.
9. Changes & contact
We may update these terms as the platform evolves; the “last updated” date above reflects the current version. Because COOKBOOK is internal and invite-only, questions go to your COOKBOOK platform administrator at Jack Morton— there is no public contact inbox for this platform.
